Very simple fee structure:

40+ quantity guests:
1 bartender, 1 cocktail & 1 support

$500 sales minimum for parties up to 20

$750 sales minimum for parties over 20
These minimums include any food package or drinks purchased for your event.

$20/hr per employee needed to run your event-This goes directly to the employee.

Most events need 1 bartender of fully dedicated staff member and a support staff member-Employee pay does not go towards minimum.

$100 setup and breakdown fee- This goes directly to the kitchen.
